The infants room is called Pooh's Playhouse. In our Infants room we believe that each child is a gift from God and should be treasured, hugged and snuggled. We enjoy helping them discover their world through interactive play, such as peek-a-boo, patty cake, singing, reading and playing with stimulating toys. Tummy time is a must while enjoying light-up and musical toys, balls, rolling, bubbles and blocks.

We enjoy holding and rocking your child during meal times and their bottles are never propped up.Infants are not given a bottle to sleep with in their crib.While we feel honored to feed and care for your child, we encourage nursing mothers to come in whenever possible and spend that precious time with their child. If that is not an option for you, you can freeze breast milk and we will give it to your child.

Each day we play games, sing songs and read stories to the children. Infants take outside buggy walks twice daily for fresh air. They sleep when they're tired and eat when they're hungry. Infants spend no more than 20 minutes per day in a swing or bouncy seat. There is a general schedule but the teachers customize the daily routines to match what parents do at home. This makes schedules easier to maintain for busy families. Our infant room opens at 6:30 am and closes at 6:30 pm.
