Our Pre-Kindergarten Classes are both
unique and emphasizes learning skills
that will carry on with them throughout
their educational experience. The Pre-Kindergarten classes are split between the four year olds (Noah's Ark) and the five year olds (Under the Sea). With loving
teachers and a wonderful program,
each child walks away with a desire to
learn and explore.
Our schedules for the Pre-Kindergarten classes have a variety of activities. Each class maintains a learning environment appropriate for each child’s development. Pre-Kindergarten 4’s focus on learning to count and write as well as letter recognition and the sounds they make.
Both Pre-K classes are using a Kindergarten series workbook. One which keeps them excelling above and beyond.
PCCP provides the children with a hot lunch and mid-morning and afternoon snacks designed to meet their nutritional needs. Breakfast is available prior to 8 a.m. Weekly menus are posted on the Day Care Bulletin Board for your perusal.
Afternoon Activities consist of Lunch, Nap and Quiet Books, Snack, Art, Circle Time and Recess.
The tables are marked and each child has a place to eat, to study, to grow.
Centers and calendars, artwork, reading materials, and a computer center give the children lots of areas to keep them interested.
