Financial Arrangements
Financial arrangements must be made and approved before children attend the childcare facility. All the required forms and information is available for you to download from this site under Forms on the left hand side of the screen. If you cannot find what you need through the menus or search, please contact the staff.
- 5% Discount for monthly billing by6:30 PM on the 1st day of the month.
- When more than one child from the same family is enrolled a reduction of 10% is applied to the second child’s tuition.
- Maximum discount of 15% per family
- All tuition payments are due in advance by Tuesday evening of each week for those parents choosing to pay weekly.
- Monthly tuition may be calculated by multiplying the weekly rate by the number of Tuesdays in each month. For parents choosing to pay monthly, tuition is due by 6:30 PM on the first Tuesday of the month. A 5% discount will be given to families that pay in full by the first of each month.
- No deductions or make-up days are permitted for absences due to sickness, public holidays, or personal leave.
- Center hours are 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The center is closed for eight annual holidays.
- Prices subject to change without notice
- Families will not receive a credit for holidays or for days missed or if the center closes due to weather or power outage.
